Kevin came yesterday to tune our baby grand which has been about a year since he did the previous tuning. Kevin was amazing to work with. On time, very knowledgeable about my Yamaha Piano. He tuned it, cleaned the inside and polished it. It sounds and looks amazing.

Kevin arrived right on time. He was polite and professional. I essentially inherited a very old piano and I contacted him to tune it. After much discussion, and his advice. I held off for a bit. I believe he was honest with me. This is a rare trait in today’s day and age. I’m electing on getting a new style piano, one that isn’t 120 years old. Kevin was great! Quick and clear communication, flexible, and my piano sounds amazing!!!! It had been in storage for quite some time and I was worried it wouldn't be able to be brought into tune, but he did a great job. It's a joy to play again! I'll be using Kevin for ongoing tuning needs in the future, for sure!

Kevin was great! My husband and I moved into a house that had room for my mom's piano. She hadn't had it tuned since about 2000! He was able to fix a stuck key, re-attach the piano stand, and get our piano in tune in less than 2 hours. The fact that he also plays beautifully while working was a bonus. We will absolutely use him again!
