Kevin tuned my beautiful grand piano yesterday, for the 2nd time in two years. Playing my piano after Kevin tunes it, is like driving a brand new car...it's just a fantastic experience. I booked the appointment 3 weeks ago online, and got a reminder of our appointment a few days ahead of time. He arrived right on time, did an EXPERT tuning and I couldn't be happier. I have recommended him to others and every single person has been thrilled. He is priced a little higher than others, but he is worth every bit. You get what you pay for, and if you want the very best in the business, you pay for it. I will use Kevin as my official tuner and continue to recommend him. Kevin arrived right on time. He was polite and professional. I essentially inherited a very old piano and I contacted him to tune it. After much discussion, and his advice. I held off for a bit. I believe he was honest with me. This is a rare trait in today’s day and age. I’m electing on getting a new style piano, one that isn’t 120 years old.
